We were there for 4 nights, overall had a very comfortable stay. Everyone was accommodating and amazingly nice. The location was marvellous and incredible - ease of access to Kempf House Musem.

A well-equipped room provided with an oven and kitchen and king bed. Amazing and satisfactory breakfast for the start of the day.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building just off shopping, restaurants and art galleries, Sweetwaters coffee shop, excellent restaurants like the Chop House, Sava's and Frita Batidos, and shops too and Detroit.

Our new favorite place to stay in Ann Arbor. Special hip new hotel for 1 night in Ann Arbor. Perfect and magnificent location, at walking distance from University of Michigan.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requirements, would definitely recommend it. Everything was amazing, we had great 4 days here. The pool was great, the stuff here was incredibly welcoming.

Everything was perfect, amazing location right by Numerous restaurants within walking distance, incredible staff. I truly enjoyed my spotless and spacious room with large shower, the “ clean ” towels plus a separate bedroom from the living space.

It offers an exceptional location with a private parking.

The room was clean and delightful, equipped with king bed and a single pull-out sofa and large shower, it accommodated us perfectly. The setting of hotel was marvellous and awesome, in the down town area.

Its location is exceptional next to all the attractions of a nice college town. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Kerrytown district.

That was nice hotel set in comfortable area, very close to the shops, bars and restaurants and also the Saturday farmers market, downtown Ann Arbor restaurants and important landmarks and top staff. Had impressive and perfect room, it included an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed. We had a continental breakfast which was MARVELLOUS. The location was marvellous and amazing, just a short walk away from Block M.

The room was clean and delightful and what's more - included a shower, hair dryers and towels.

Location: the hotel was not far from the Saturday farmers market and all restaurants and stores. The food was fresh, especially a continental breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Firstly, the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the bustling downtown area. It made exploring the local shops and restaurants incredibly convenient. The staff were also incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. One particular staff member, Nicolette, stood out with her warm and welcoming personality. She made me feel right at home. Additionally, the room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a separate bedroom from the living space. The panoramic view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Lastly, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast included in the stay, which was a great way to start the day.

All was satisfactory, no improvements necessary.
